Summary
During my recent stay in Vail with Alpine Co-Hosts, I had the pleasure of dining at Alpenrose restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience.
The restaurant is located in the heart of Vail Village and boasts a charming, cozy alpine atmosphere. As soon as I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff and seated at a table with a view of the bustling streets outside. The decor was elegant yet inviting, with wooden beams, flickering candlelight, and beautifully set tables.
The menu offered a variety of Alpine-inspired dishes, including traditional Austrian and Swiss classics. I decided to start with a warm bowl of creamy potato leek soup, which was rich and comforting. For my main course, I opted for the Wiener Schnitzel, a classic dish of breaded veal cutlet, which was expertly cooked to perfection and served with a tangy lingonberry sauce.
Throughout the evening, the service was impeccable, with attentive staff making sure that every detail was taken care of. The sommelier recommended a lovely Austrian white wine to accompany my meal, which was the perfect complement to the flavors of the food.
Overall, my experience at Alpenrose restaurant was truly memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of the Alps in the heart of Vail. Thank you, Alpine Co-Hosts, for introducing me to this hidden gem!
